does anybody know the exact nutrition info for rotis(east indian food) and also daals, curry chicken?

anf asked:

Are these after they are cooked? including the spices and butter used in cooking. The flour I use for rotis is “sher desi style whole wheat durum flour”. Is this food healthy for fatloss or how much should be eaten??

They run the same as a Wh Wht flour tortilla from the US/Mexican food style, I buy both here in Canada and see no real difference, except roti have less fat, by milligrams

One cup of Durum Atta will make 5 Roti each equaling 80 calories. They are very healthy. The problem comes is in basting Roti with Ghee. One Tablespoon of Ghee has 112 Calories.
