john s asked: I bulked for a solid few months.. I feel like I need to get more fit again before I keep getting bigger, so I want to cut until I reach 155-160 again. I currently weigh 169-173. I eat a good amount of protein every day and lift weights. If I wanna cut how much cardio should I add to my daily routine to maximize fatloss without muscle loss?

P R asked: I am following the Weight Watchers program. I Recently read an article in Woman’s World mag stating that taking Omega-3, about 3,000 mg per day, along with 20 minutes of exercise, will result in approximately 2 lbs. of weightloss/fatloss a week.
And please, only answer the question I asked, and no extra, unsolicited answers. Thanks!!!

Sufjan N asked: Totally stole this idea from somebody else!
Anyways, just would like someone to talk to about improvement in health/fitness stuff, like weightloss, fatloss, muscle gain, etc…
Boy or girl, doesn’t matter, just would like someone to help keep me motivated, share my improvements on, and keep me “accountable” I guess?(and of course vise versa for you)
Leave your email or something I guess…

Steve W asked: I am trying to get down to 4 or 5% bodyfat. Right now I swim for my cardio but I recently found out that the body will actually store a layer of fat to keep you warm in the water. This makes sense. I remember when I played water polo, even though we were doing more cardio than any other sport, alot of us had a decent amount of fat.
I’m thinking cycling might be the best because it is similarly low impact like swimming except the body wont add that layer of fat.
Note: I am looking to compete in amateur bodybuilding competitions so 10-15%+ will not cut it.
Krieger. Unfortunately, I don’t have an authoritative source for the subcutaneous accumulation of fat. All I know is even though we would have 2 practices a day totaling over 4 hours a day 7 days a week where we would be doing intense cardio, alot of us (including myself) had a slight layer of fat despite pretty decent eating habits.
